Kitchenware





I've had this classic graniteware bread box for several years, and I think
it goes great with some of my vintage kitchen utensils

My kitchenware obsession is bigger than a bread box

 

I love, love, love kitchen collectibles, and I especially love graniteware and vintage utensils.

We use this great bread box (photo at top) every day because it holds a cache of breakfast bars, peanut butter and cracker snacks and granola bars. In fact, one of our cats is so trained to the metallic sound of the lid that she comes running at the first clink looking to share a granola bar.

Gail (my best friend and co-blogger here at LoveVintageStuff.com) gave me this great swirl green granite ware lunch box (photo at left) to go with my collection of jadite dishware. I have a hard time imagining carrying my lunch like this every day, but I sure love looking at this great piece now. Thanks, Gail!
